If you're still having trouble sleeping after challenging a worry, then you want to do something boring.....preferably in a darkened room. Anything stimulating can keep you up longer. That's why reading a good book isn't a good idea because you may be tempted to read just one more chapter. Check out my insomnia video because I cover several sleep strategies in that class.

I think 💭 these folks should number their worries with a red pen on a piece of paper 📝 then cross them out with a black pen rip it too pieces then they should sleep 😴
What about if ur trying to get to sleep how do u distract ur mind then? Im not gona staart drawing or something like that cause i will be tierd in the morning.

she has a show on reducing insomnia that is really good although I agree having a show focusing on how to reduce worry about insomnia would be very helpful.

Hi christine my name is looby just wanted to share a little story with you my husband once gave me some wine 🍷 and told me it was very potent strong so after a few glasses I was extremely drunk then the next day he confessed it was actually non-alcohol wine so kind of like placebo affect I have a unique routine of my own cup of warm milk and David Attenborough in background then I keep writing in my mind that I'm so very sleepy and that's my method what do you think?? Should get a packet of mints and put very strong sleeping pills label on and self induce temporary amnesia through self hypnotherapy that's a cool one😂😂
