If you love coffee, try coffee alternatives! I love acorn coffee with its nutty taste. I am fine with caffeine up to a certain limit, so I use coffee alternatives when I still want coffee and I have drunk my daily limit ☕🍵☺️
Me too, Manuela! 🧡 But I tend to drink too much of it. So these are my ways of enjoying the coffee-like drink when I have already reached my daily coffee limit (which is high anyway).

Like you I like coffee and its smell first😊 my favourite of the day, in the early morning after having been outside for a walk with my dogs. I'm already clear in my mind, my body feels the benefit being outside in this wonderful nature. I don't need my coffee to wake up😅. And I also Like to drink tea!
