Thanks for the video. I’ve done paper quilling before, but never thought to do it with Wool. As a sheep farmer, this will be a great addition to my crafts.
Wonderful demo! I've been trying to find out how the round parts were connected, and now I know, but how are the zig-zag pieces put together to make a rug? Thanks!
These would also be great as decorative pillows for your beds or sofa and they look like you can make the pillow as large as you desire....,excellent job, Miss Ellen...your brilliant!!
love quillies technique. i have one wall hanging and a Christmas tree....plus have been incorporating them into my backgrounds as well. i have a collection of mini, tin lunchboxes that have become quilly storage bins. lol. i have 1 1/2 with pre-sewn quillies and another full of pinned ones ready to sew. when i have long tails that i trim from hooked projects; i roll them up, pin and save. occasionally i sit and sew through them and put into ready to use boxes. love love quillies
Hi, sorry your question escaped my attention. I make the quills about 1” or the size of the wool salvage or you can use your cutter and make them any size
