This is a Very Easy Quilling Peacock Tutorial. You will learn How to Make A Quilling Paper Peacock. For this Quilling Peacock Wall Art I used 10 mm Quilling Paper Strips. I started with the Quilling Peacock Feathers and then i quilled the body of the Quilled Peacock on a canvas. The Quilling Peacock Feathers are made with Basic Quilling shape - Tight Rolled Coils. I used a Quilling Mould to form the Peacock Feathers. I attached some real Blue Feathers at the end and decorated the whole Quilling Bird with gold Quilling Paper and green gems.
