As a New Orleans dude, I remember watching all the Philly street rappers online. Early, Joey jihad, reed, meek with the braids quilly and a bunch of others yall know way better than I do. I’ve known of quilly since like 07,08 and I’m in New Orleans. Meek just seemed like the one who took his career in his own hands like you’re saying. But I’m outside looking in.
