You really got a great haul! I loved each thing that you purchased! I really love that redwork panel! I used to do a lot of redwork, but then I switched over to cross stitch, & now EPP!!!
I have a good amount of fabric and most do not have a purpose other than being beautiful and I love looking at them and imagining what lovely things they can become.
Just fell upon this RU-vid video! My selection would have been very similar to yours. Lovely fabrics. Never been to FOQ but its a definite for next year!
Glad you liked my video, I also do podcasts showing my makes and purchases. It's such a good show and worth a trip, I'd recommend 2 days if you aren't local x
Hi Rachel from a new subscriber. Really happy to have discovered your channel. Even though your buys are from a number of months ago I loved seeing what you got. I’m a slow stitch lover and fabrics and sewing goodies are my eye candy! I share my own finds and projects over on my channel if you’re looking for some slow stitch inspiration any time. Cheers, Christine
Zigzag or overlock your linen before you start cross stitching on it, it falls apart at the edge just by looking at it. Great video. I also make mainly scrap quilts, because I am not very good at putting colours together.
I am curious as to whether you contact sellers where there have been thing6that disappointed you? Was just thinking that if I had sold something that was thought to be broken or not as expected that I would want to be given the opportunity to remedy it, especially if going into such a public video. Was just curious?
Hello, all of the sellers are more than happy to assist you, even with aftercare after the show. However if you are referring to the small quilt hanger, it wasn't broken. That was the design, so you can slip your project on there. I just wasn't aware, but a few people told me in the comments. If there was something major wrong with a product I would have contacted the seller but in this case I needed advice to ask if was actually broken or not. I hope that makes sense.
