Now 80, Quincy Jones reflects on his long, legendary career (working with the likes of Michael Jackson and Ray Charles) and what new projects ahead he's excited about (Blush). Interview by Billboard's Gail Mitchell, March 2013.
When you hear about his experiences with Michael Jackson, Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Aretha Franklin, Dizzy Gillespie and so on, it makes me wonder why he's not starring in Dos Equis commercials. Quincy Jones truly is the "Most Interesting Man in the World" to me.
ok - I can't believe he's gonna be 80- but that belly! Full of what he would extend his life doing a fiber cleanse! and fasting - he would live to 150! his spirit is sooooo vibrant!
Aweee how beautiful. It's wonderful to have your heart touched by endearing souls when you have no idea of the initial privilege. My eyes are opened in new ways every day. Music is indeed a universal language.
