Hard to make gains during the season. You need a calorie surplus for that. These guys can burn through 5000 calories in a day easy.

Some of these political questions are so cringey. Just because this has been on a news loop doesn't make it at all relevant in this venue. It's no less private than discussing a player's dating life. In fact, given how people are falling on their words like swords when trying to discuss any of this (not implying that's at all their fault), I bet players would rather be asked about their dating life.

So he adds the "you know" and "um" to his script? The most he's got are instructions from the nhl or the nhlpa or the team on how to deal with certain questions. What he's saying are his own words mostly adlib. Anyway, who tf cares if he is or not
