A quick video to review the recent purchase of my Quintrex Explorer Trophy 420 + Yamaha F50HP 4-stroke boat package from Solar City Marine in Shepparton Victoria. Package includes 2021 Qunitrex F420 Explorer Trophy L/S Two Tone painted hull, Yamaha 4 Stroke 50hp LB motor, Thruster Plate Bow Mount, Transom Step, Qunitrex Alloy 1098 ATM s 13 Skid Braked Trailer with side console. Minn Kota Terrova Riptide 55lb thrust trolling motor, Lowrance Elite 7 & Lowrance Elite 9 fish finders, Lowrance Active Target.

A really nice boat, and the gauges have some useful features that didn’t come with my Yammy 60, 17 years ago. I’m not sure I like the starting battery and the fuel tanks in the same compartment though.

Hey Adam, thanks for tuning in. . All up was around the 30k mark. That said I have notice a considerable increase in pricing since I purchased this one back in 22. Cheers Bud

Gday, great video. Curious have you had any issues with the hull cracking? I’ve seen a lot of people saying there hulls have cracked with the newer models. I’ve recently just ordered one and was curious if you’ve had any issues? Thanks love the channel btw

Hey Mate. Interesting. Boat just done over a 150 hrs now, and there has been no signs of craching. Trust me you wont be dissapointed, has been a fantastic boat. Thanks for supporting the channel. Grazza 🐟

Nice boat mate. Plenty of room while still being able to get tight into the timber and around snags and get on and off eaily by yourself. I went for a 420 Renegade SC which I'm loving so far. How do you find the GME stereo? I'm wanting to put a stereo in mine and haven't decided on one yet.

G/day - yes great boat the 420 quintrex both in the Renegade and Explorer - Love the radio, I love the blue tooth function in them so you can play your spotify tarcks wirlessly from your phone.

Hi Duane - decide against it as I really don't have a need for keeping live bait or Fish. Very much a catch and release guy and prefers to have the extra space with out the tank. Thanks for tuning in and your comments. Grazza.

Im trying to decide between an explorer or renegage 420. Hard decision.

Yes I hear you. I decided on the Explorer due to the majoity of the fishing I do is Rivers and small lakes and some times launching without a boat ramp. If you fish the big impoundment and always using good quailty boat ramps Id go the Renegage. Hope this helps!!
