That meditation in the end was therapeutic. I was able to see the damages I had done to myself (while putting the blame on others). Now I have a choice to heal myself.

I learned at 46 from BK Shivani that anger is an emotional dis-ease and at 56 I am still working on this sanskar because it was a way of life for my nuclear USA family. It was how I was raised. Thank you and God Bless you!
