I think the closure of the Atelier Auguste Mini Marley is appropriate because the top handle is attached to the flap. It keeps the flap closed when carrying as a top handle. If it were just a regular magnet, and especially if you filled the bag full, holding the top handle would constantly pop open the magnetic closure. I have several Chloe bags with a similar closure for the same reason!
Yes the color of the HQDUPE is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
I love watching your videos on Tik Tok! Also, I am loving these videos because the quality of designer bags has gone down significantly while the price increases are crazy. Now, I care about quality more than labels. I would rather have a handmade in Italy or Spain handbag that will last me a lifetime over my Chanel and LV that I can’t get repaired after the lock breaks etc. I have spent thousands on designer handbags and in the past 15 years, the quality is just not there anymore. I love to wear the quiet luxury brands for daily use and then I pull out my high-end bags for special occasions so I can preserve them. I won’t flinch over beating up a $500 bag but I stress over my $2500 bags.
