I haven’t watched it all yet, but there is a trend of van lifers buying property in the countryside in ireland. Makes me proud as an Irish man. I do think your family will love Ireland. Just don’t forget to visit Wexford. It is by far the sunniest county in Ireland and has loads of van life friendly campsites. Plus the beaches on the north coast of Wexford are probably the nicest in the country.
@@John316OBrian-cm4fj Oh dear you're one of those are you. Well, enjoy what France sends you is all I can say. How many innocent children will that arrogance cost? Hmm?!!
Gosh those lanes looked narrow! Thanks for taking us around Ireland with you. It looks like a great place to visit. I bet everyone but Kiera would have preferred to stay longer (and Kiera only wanted to leave so she can have dry clothes!). Thanks for introducing us to another channel - hopefully I've got time to watch them as they sounded worth following too!
You had me thinking lorry life was no more!! I'm so glad to hear you will be sticking to van life! glad you all had an amazing time! hope your enjoying the sunshine here in the U.K
Looks like you all had an amazing time despite the weather. I hope you find sunshine in Scotland, fingers crossed. Looking forward to seeing where you move onto next. Keep that great content. Take care H x
good night everyone i love watching your videos on your RU-vid channel I hope you are all well and enjoying your adventure in your lorry please keep up your good work on your you tube channel please keep safe and warm
Poor Jack!😢..it's so nice to see children enjoying nature and being out side instead of being in front of a computer 🖥 screen 😮..I have a ?...do they presently have vans or rv 's with washer or dryers in them?..
Before I get past the thumbnail I know where you are going! I follow them too! and honestly without watching the rest of the video that would be amazing for your whole family!
Great video as always. I love watching you guys and I don’t even own a camper van. Ignore or the haters they are just sad people 🙄 if you don’t like what they are doing move along. Also love how jack is taking the mick whilst your doing your in cab vlogs 🤣🤣.
I'm glad you loved ireland too with my favourite spot.. being Killary Fjord too, we just missed you there😅 and i think i saw you near Carrick too, if id known, i could shown you them steps for the lorry 😂😅
Wondering whether a harness rather than the collar would be safer for your new pet in the cab. God forbid you have a collision, but if a dog is flying around secured by their neck, they can be seriously injured and or injure you.
Love watching your channel, I've watched another channel where two women were camper vanning and decided to purchase an old unused cottage. But isn't Sam is the double of Rick lol
Glad you’ve discovered the waterways card. Local shops sell them. I enjoyed Keshcarrigan. Great to see parents who don’t fuss too much when the kids have a knock. Bit of pink, germoline, cures everything according to my late mum. Best wishes to you and your friends in the cottage. Cards are no good. Rick can’t do his dice noises.
Just watched this episode. Was great as usual. Glad you loved the gorgeous emerald isle 🇮🇪 hope Jack's face is on the mend 😢welcome to Scotland 🏴 ide love you see you all 😂 . Drive carefully Rick 😂 ❤
Their pronunciation of the places they visit in IREland (fn. eye-er-land), not 'Island' 😢 are terrible. I actually find it a little disrespectful and feel they should do better. It's not like they haven't heard the names spoken or asked someone before they publish their terrible attempts on video.
Very impressed you went to Roosky. My father in law is from there. Lovely place shame it doesn't have much to do be a great place for peace and quiet. ( pronounced Roo Ski county roscommon not co Leitrim) 😊 great sandwiches made to order in the centra there 😂😂😂.
That was a bit bizarre. I only started following your videos recently and then I read the title of this one, I thought "Another British family buying a derelict cottage in Ireland". But, hey ho, it was a reference to Sam and Rebecca's project. I've been following their journey since they started that build. What a lovely family and it was nice of you to pay them a visit. Sorry about the weather, yep it can be a bit depressing. Safe travels.
It’s actually not a typical Irish summer. It has been abysmal. People always complain about rain in Ireland and overflow how bad it it. But this year it was true.
I just tuned in and saw that you were having trouble finding a site after Roosky was closed and was going to offer my garden, but I see you found a place so all is ok . LOL
Roosky! Pronounced roo’s key. Yes, you would usually fit in there, down the unappealing lane beside the bait and tackle shop, but it’s quite pleasant once you get in there. Drumsna. Pronounced drum snah Keshcarrigan. Kesh carry gan My stomping ground, all of them. I’ll have worked on some of those motor cruisers you saw. There’s a car park in Dromod, (drum-od)beside the harbour, where you could probably fit, though you can fall foul of car owners who don’t feel tourists should use the tourist facility, built to attract tourists. I was doing jury service, when you guys were visiting Sam and Becky, so I simply had no time to scoot over there and say Hi, even though I knew you were coming. Gutted! Toby is so funny. We have no cameras, so he doesn’t bother to serenade us!
@Touringwiththekids It was wonderful seeing my country and even my locality through the eyes of a genuine tourist family. Statistically, you got very unlucky with the weather. Yes, we do often have terrible summers, much like this one. We don’t often have them back to back, like this. This is the second year in a row, where spring has been trying to get going all through summer. After last year, you should have been experiencing melting tar on the roads everywhere, at this time of year. The fact that you didn’t might improve the odds of getting a summer next year. Three years without one would be a newsworthy event. Why not come back in 2025 and do some of the things you missed, this time, hopefully with less wind and rain? Thanks for showcasing what you did, though. Top job. Between you guys and Camper Vibe, you’re outdoing Bord Fáilte (the Irish tourist board) and really, you should be on commission.
Can’t they go & get something cheap in the uk?? It’s 20 times the size of us yet they’re coming in droves here & then telling us how to do things here!
