Overall, regardless of the background noise, when it comes to soft skills, Rechille has everything on point. I believe that she can work around on the distraction regarding background noise by investing on a good quality headset.

just based on this interview alone..i would pick either Rechelle or Hannah...I have no idea why he chose Hussell....I also wonder why all of them are girls...
All of them did really good with this interview.. buy Husell is the only candidate who give the most importanting thing about booking appointments, which is our availability and the clients.

Ingay ng manok, di man lang ginawan ng paraan para sa noise cancelling headset? Or gawan ng paraan since interview po ito. Kaolka tilaok ng manok, ayaw pa naman nila yan. Tapos may nakasando, hahaha! Ewan laging ganito nakikita ko sa mga interview na nakikita ko sa page na to. Kaloka background, kaloka yung suot, kaloka ang ingay sa background, hindi maganda headset gamit.
