I really don't like that they didn't use the original mounting to attach that deflector add-on. That probably cost 300.00 bucks. I would not drill holes in my mower deck. Thanks for the video.
Sorry Dave just now seeing your comment. I called the manufacturer direct to make sure I got the correct one for my mower (since the zxt’s were still brand new). It fit perfect and is still in great working order today!
I used grassflaps for two years on my standers… I can’t tell you how many cables I went through. First time was a cable routing issue on my end and a heavy footed employee… the rest were just normal wear and tear (although we do open and close them a ton). I just got tired of replacing cables at $35/pop and spending time rE-mounting. I’ve not had to replace anything on the qwikchutes…ever.
Hey James I don’t recall off hand which model number it is specifically for the zXt... this was one of those products that I didn’t want to buy from a third-party site for fear of getting the wrong model for my mower. Check out my description and go straight to the manufacturer and give them a call. (I listed their website). I spoke with Dale if I’m not mistaken, and he had me two quickchutes out the door the same day and I had them two or three days later in the mail. I highly recommend them.
