Pete strung his guitars extra heavy, so I was always impressed that he'd throw in all these string bends on the lower frets. To me, that's a high degree of difficulty, and I'd probably shy away from arranging my song that way.
Wow three years away. Nice to have you back. A good question for the guys up here going after the Peter Buck tone is how they get it. I started with Vox Amps but found Fender stuff got me closer. I think he is using a Fender Twin Reverb in his videos here.
