For me, if someone wants to share in the responsibility of paying Off the Mortgage note with no Down payment, that is fine, However, that doesn't mean that they HAVE to have their name on the Deed!! Big Difference!

My friend, just google hard money lender. I've been in real estate since 2007. Trust me if u have a 680 credit score doors will open. Be prepared to put 20% of the selling price for most lenders.
