I always to say *R.I.P.* putting on the gravestones and my father passed away from my soul for the Catholics. As my quote there from Einstein *Our death is not an end if we can live on in our children and the younger generation. For they are us, our bodies are only wilted leaves on the tree of life*

And I thought that in my religion Hinduism , we get judged by some god And go to heaven or hell I was such a fool self sabotaging myself & limiting myself. Real Hinduism is so liberating . God has left everything on us. Thankyou for highlighting this point

It means there is no more purpose to wake up and keep on living so rest and forget your past life dont wake up until you've forgotten everything so that you can reborn and thus reincarnation was created

I always thought R.I.P. was put on gravestones as a warning in reference to Jack the Ripper. I thought it stood for, " Remember R.I.P.", as if the living were saying, " Try to steal anything from my loved one's grave and I'll go Jack the Ripper all over your behind ! "
