If we dive directly into sexual activity. What is sexual activity? Sexual activity is for reproduction purpose. Nothing more than that. It's just a process like any other body process. Other than that it's nothing. The feeling of pleasure came through the chemical which was food for some cells which I neurotransmitter. Similarly, everything what we do the decisions we take everything is based on this limit cycle where person is controlled by the effects of the cause and again collapse in the limit cycle and keep doing what it's doing. Everything is going on the basis of what processes parallely built on. No process has awareness as a basis. Everything what we do not decided by us it's got decided due to the processes we made through. But, in human system one error got occur (error in the sense evolution did experiment of making proper brain) and this error is actually useful for getting out of all this traps and limit cycle with observation and analysis. But 100% of humans are just trapped in such a system and not able to get out. So there is need of chintan, manan , observation, analysis and through all of this knowledge. Person will come to the conclusion that till now what cause and effect got created is not even through own consciousness. And consciousness don't even want anything and at the end everything becomes nothing and that's point of nothingness where there is no cause no effect.
