Such a lovely performance. Compared to the original oboe versions and also violin versions that I have heard, I love the clear high tones from your flute. Your playing makes me think of this piece as like love songs. As always, your matchless playing makes music even more special.

It sounds like Schumann composed it specially for the flute. The low register of the flute make it sound sensous and romantic.

In the first romance F is for Hoffnung (hope), E for Enttäuschung (disappointment, despair) and A is for Clara who can be reached by F or E. Love your playing.

In comparison to a sweet major lyricism expressed by Jasmine in the second Romance , I except a much d e e p e r expression at the middle of the Romance where the key changes s u d d e n l to a MINOR KEY.
