R Tutorial 21: Artificial Neural Network for Classification Using neuralnet 

This video is going to talk about how to apply neural network in R for classification problem.
1. Standardize/Scaling the original data before you apply the algorithm to speed up the process and better convergence
2. Choose number of hidden layers, nodes and other arguments.
3. Convert prediction back to original format.
4. Create confusion matrix and calculate classification error.
