Hi brow i love your Videos Can you help us out whit the build of the Shocks What oil You use on the Drag shocks and how you now its the right Nice day from Europa Austria
Shorter new drag shocks we always start around 100 rear and that’s good. And then 1000 to about 5000 for front depending on how track changes during the day and then back down again as it cools.
The v1 r1 shocks. I’ll change spring and fluids based on the track. Usually 1k-2k all around. And then go heavy in the rear through the day. Light spring up front. Just enough to hold the front end. 3-4lbs. And then maybe 7/9 in the back. Gotta see how this weight shifting changes things.

I'm not new to rc cars/trucks but I am new to the drag scene. I own two drag cars: the TA DR10 & the Losi 22s.. I'm looking to buy a carbon fiber chassis but can't afford the DC1 I would like to get something in the $300 range. Do you have any recommendations for me? I'm gravitating to the Black Edition chassis by Undercover Drag Wings. What do you think? Thanks again!
Always a crap shoot when looking at anything besides the 2 big guns. But the new patriot is worth looking at. Not sure of the price but that would be my number 2 behind the dc1.
Just got an M17 doesn’t seem like the stock battery charge last to long before u need a recharge, Have u tried changing to the protect m17 battery , if so, does it hold a charge better than the stock battery
