Build quality achi hai...like maine gitni BHI faired bike chali hai jaise RS , RC , RR310 in sabhi me higher RPM pe rattling noise and high vibration aati hai but R15 me ni hai 😄

And rear brake is not a negative point as in sports bikes rear brakes are not so effective compared to front one and in sports bike we don't use rear brake much

I hav had two R15M bikes and the bike is quite underpowered as I live in the hills. For riders living in the plains who only ride on flat roads it should be a recent engine but going uphill for many kms I definitely felt the lack of torque and power everywhere. Now I'm keeping V3 BS4 which has such a useable raw power and torque for climbing hills. I'm often tempted to get another R15M but the lack of power is holding me back again.

TBH I've ridden v3 for long time and it's way better than than V4 in terms or Torque and power...so if you want you can upgrade for higher cc like 300-400... And CB300R is a good option in 300cc for sure 😄

you can try swapping the rear sprocket with that of mt-15's. It will give you enough torque in the hills as high end is not a major priority.

Absolutely...The rear braking of r15m is very poor. I think, it's not the brakes which are bad, but it's the abs system creeping in too early. I mean each time i try to brake using the rear, the abs motor will kick in. I mostly depend on the front brakes now, because the rear brakes lack bite, feel and progression, i blame the abs motor of rear, it's not tuned properly..

It seems like you might have a problem with your back brake. My new R15M’s back brake is very strong, and I haven’t had any braking issues. The front brake on my bike is a bit softer and not as powerful as the back brake. You might want to check your back brake, as it should have sufficient stopping power. I haven’t experienced any braking issues, although the bike does have a considerable power drop issue

I had owned a Yamaha R15 V2 for almost 11 years(well maintained), as I was moving abroad unfortunately I have to sell it. However, I was planning to buy this one and your review will help me a lot, the quality of Yamaha will have been top notch considering my own experience with this beautiful machine, as you mentioned the palm pain 😄 I was literally laughing because it does hurt. I've read somewhere that this model has variants which have different tyre companies, I know how mrf sucks, even though I've upgraded to Michelin. I don't know whether I read it right or wrong. Thanks again 👍 keep it up!!! and ride safe 💯

That is a defect, please visit the showroom and change it under warranty. My quickshifter is smooth mostly, but sometimes, it misses to shift...but that is bearable...

Brother I have the new 2023 R15m That TFT DISPLAY one 🥳 but there is a problem you will face Error issue in TFT display and my TCS is not working not properly 🙂 ,I purchased my bike last year July 06th there are battery issue too 🥹, but it’s a beautiful bike ❤️‍🔥

@@charan_46 i using this machin in daily use...and long rides bhi kiye hai....i driven 16547km with my V4...city milage kabhi 50 55 se niche diya nai mera bike....🔥 highway per 50 confirm niklega i guaranteed....bsss maintain accha kro...time to time wash oil change air filter change clutch brake cable check kro...and sabse main gadi ka chain maintain rakho every 500km pe lube kro...and jyada oily dusty chain ho to clean kro...Mai 2nd service se he yamaha ka oil use krna chod diya....tb se motule 300v² and abhi liquimoly 10w50 use krrr raha hu...tb se vibrations average performance gear shifts kafi smooth hai mere...maintenance bohot bearable hai iss bike ka...easily kr sakte ho...🔥🔥🔥🔥♥️♥️ I love R15♥️🔥#R15V4

Sahi baat hai bhai , quick shiftter starting m jerk krta h fir . Bahut smooth kaam krta h .. mene bhi r15 v4 kuch din pehle li h ,and its working best . Bas mileage ni de raha mera gadi 35kmpl. Wo bhi 50 40 ke speed pe. And that petrol indicator is shit literally
