I'm starting to think that this song was build up entirely on Mcfly's "Obviously", since they sing "She's got a boyfriend... He's 23. He's in the marines". And R5 sings in the chorus; "Maybe her boyfriend's a marine". And the title of the song is "Wishing I Was 23". Still an AMAZING song! :D
why do I have a feeling Riker was thinking about Dianna while he was singing this song??? If he was, that probably would have been the sweetest thing I have ever thought about him.
He wrote 'wishing i was 23' because he have a crush with Dianna Agron and she's 26 years old.. so he wants be on a date with her but she said that he's too young for her, so then he wrote the song.
I don't think that little bit of age differences even matter... like I'm 4 months older than Ross so we were born in the same year... I don't even consider that as a age difference...
I love this song! Every fan girl wishes to be 16 or some age, but I am wishing that I was his girlfriend. I would always be there for him no matter what happens.
