I think their most likely recommend ability is having access to all guns and any choice of armor/speed. Another can also be copying one operator on the team but limited to one gadget. Such as recruit having one thermite charge or alibi’s prisma
They probably will have a lot of guns to choose from but they will not have speed options. I expect 2-2 to be standard for all of them, also doubt they will duplicate gadgets since that'd break so many balancing features.
The attack one with extra drones would be op at higher level and the defender with more reinforcements would be kind of useless because most of the time people don't use all twelve anyway
I feel that the recruit should introduce you to the game and the base mechanics should be the main focus. It should be encouraging/rewarding to new players when they use the base mechanics(droning, reinforcing) as a couple of examples the drone having a EMP blast as the bullet proof camera or the drone being a little hidden like the old yokia drone but active at all times so solid could see it Edit: I know these are horrible examples but this is basically a rule to follow when making theories
HEAR ME OUT, what if the attacker had 2 normal drones, then an additional 2 "linked" drones, which could be activated and moved by all 4 teammates once deployed? this would bring back that "click blank to activate drone" screen for the linked drones then the defender could have an extra couple reinforcements only they can use, that aren't in the pool, like old siege. Be kinda cool to reintroduce to old aspects of the game with a recruit change.
Your idea with the defender reinforcing faster and the attackers drone is faster is a good idea IMO, its a good way to teach new players to do those two important things. 👍
It would be interesting if they released an operator that could mimic sounds in the game such as a thermite charge being placed and getting detonated to confuse bandit, or he could Emmitt the sound off of his the drone. This concept could be applied in both a defender or an attacker so it could be the new recruit, even though I doubt it. It would be even funnier if he did the fake sound cue with his mouth like beatboxing wich means he can't shoot or use any gadgets while doing it.
I'd shill with the speed of light if Attacker got generic SWAT set and Defender the OPFOR LARPer set from the E3 build. Honestly tho, wouldn't be surprised if the non-anime outfit drops are a "back to basics" theme to go with the Recruit
I reckon they will get to use 1 of any other operators ability. They will be able to use only 1 of any given operators ability, for example if you pick recruit with ash’ ability you get 1 of her ability and you are a 3 speed with her guns or if you are recruit with Kaids ability you will get one of his ability with the 1 speed and guns. For people like pulse, solis, clash or any shield operator they might potentially do shorter use time and longer cooldowns but with the correlating speed and guns

Hear me out on this one, defending recruit can pick up other defenders gadgets and move them, for example bandit trick or place down the castle you had to rip down
So basically if your going to play these new recruits right (if kudos' predicted it right) then you have to STOP RUSHING INTO SITE AND STOP JUMPING OUT WINDOWS ON DEFENCE!
Ok so here is everything about them Attacker is called striker Defense is called sentry They have no gadget Attacker has m4 and m249 lmg Secondary 5.7 and ita12s Defense has the m870 and conmando 9 secondary he has the super shortty and c75 auto Both of them are 2 speed 2 armor Both of them have access to every gadget Attack can use any combo like nades and flashes Defense can use any combo like impacts and c4 Also in the new season barbed wire is going to do damage
If you have every operator you will get an extra 600 credits also there are some credits in the battle pass too so basically you will get this battle pass for free.
I’m honestly just fine with them having two secondary gadgets (with any combination) and then giving them more gun options. I feel we’re forgetting the whole point of Recruit
My Guess is defensive recruit has a supply bag that they can place down and allows 3 refills of an operator's ammo and a secondary gadget. My next guess is for the attacking recruit, they will have access to 5 dummy grenades, 2 frags and 3 flashes. Basically, this will allow ubisoft to add kind-of generic gadgets to the game that people have been asking for but haven't added due to how people view Siege's standard for gadget design with the limitation of 1 new operator a season. Hopefully they have different variations in speed and weapon choice. I also hope you can 5 stack nothing but recruits. If that is the case then recruit will not only be better but also more fun for the average player of both ranked and quick match.
The only change they need to make is remove recruit stacking. Can't stand the boring ass recruit hive minds who spend the whole match TKing you if you don't join in. Rat bastards. I could care less about anything else they do to it.
Ideas for the recruits: Atk recruit M4 M870 and sheild Five-seven super shorty Gadgets: 2 secondary of your choice: 3 passive ability: 1 extra drone If a drone destroyed ping the one who destroyed it. If you go were an ally died if he didn't used his secondary replenish it only once (if 1 didn't use 1 grenade you pick the grenade) Defense: M870 UMP-45 acog mp5k Bailif p226 2 secondary gadgets 3 passive ability Reinforce everything 30% faster Gain +20shells +2 mags Immunity to 2 flashbang
5 shield recruit team with supershorty would go crazy. unless it would be used like clash shield and needs to be put on you back to use it. also for defense having immunity to 2 flashes would be kinda broken. but then again so would a full team of shield recruits with shotguns
@@ItzHunting Personally for def recruit I was thinking 1 flash might not be good enough because sometimes enemies spam flashes who might make the ability useless and for the shotgun it would be more like clash
My guess for the defender is that he’s gonna have either an indestructible reinforcement I’m assuming only one and the attacker is gonna have a drone that’s either bulletproof or is harder to detect in some way
Maybe bringing defense recruit will allow more reinforcements for the whole team. I can’t say how many times there’s one reinforcement I can’t put up because the whole team used them all.
I still think they should be able to pick their Squad like how you could with the old CTU recruits and they get mini-gadgets, less powerful versions of operator gadgets that are used as learning tools for new players.
Ubi hyping up recruit when they’re just going to drop the exact same recruit we had in the past, but with an updated look and smoke grenades or something.
@@dinomon1018 castle is more flexible since u can tear it down or impact it but that means atk can get thru pretty easy too. Reinforcing a door frame that u have no intention of playing close to would help reduce the pressure of watching multiple angles
I have two different interesting concepts that I'm theorizing as options. The first is an outlandish idea, but imagine if Recruit gets a random ability from one of their teammates to use during the round. It would be a miniature roulette, and it would be ridiculous fun. The second one is the slightly more logical option. Remember back when they were testing the drones and devices after death mechanic? What if that's what Recruit could do? Control multiple of these devices, regardless of if they own the device, and do it after death as well?
I'm curious how this will play as Deimos. Imagine you chose Deimos, how to find a recruit on the map? By colors, as it was before? Let's say you play for Deimos and you have information that Caveira is roaming, and you mark it. This raises the question: how to mark the desired recruit on the map if there are 5 recruits on the enemy team. Even if you mark two recruits, while remembering what color the recruit is roaming, they can change places with another recruit at any time. Bottom line: you broke Deimos
I think the recruit should have an ability that teaches them the game. Like they have three charges and can pick any of their teammates, like how Deimos chooses an enemy player, but instead of pinging them you get to use their ability. Like you get one Kaplan, a frost mat, and a goyo canister, or for offense you get a Finka Burst, a thatcher emp and an ace charge. But you can only use one of your teammates abilities and only use one operators once. So you can’t use one thatcher emo and 2 ace charges. And if your team brings 3 recruits then you can only use two of your charges
What if the attacking recruit carries extra drones for the team to use? Maybe can camouflage them? What if the defending recruit can stack reinforcements on existing reinforcements? Thermite will have to use 2 exothermic charges
drone buff and reinforcement buff maybe? i am sure they already said if the drone will have jump trajectory like throwable gadget (also there is leak or rumor that said the drone will got a small rework but this is still not confirmed) and yeah they didnt say anything about reinforcement, but i hope they make the reinforcement slightly more faster then its more than enough
Sorry but this season sounds like a yawnfest. Why aren't they delivering new operators instead of recycling old content? They removed ACOGS and added 1.5 scopes only to bring them back and remove 1.5 again, same thing happening here with recruit. It's like a girl that can't make up her mind on where she wants to go eat
i still my hope my idea comes to play i know its kinda op but itll be such a game changer having recruit have access to any operator ability they kill but they only get 1 pick up on attack and defense it would slow down the game and stop people wasting their lives or it would give the other side a big advantage but i know it could be really OP

They said they are going to make Recruit available in Ranked again, why else would they bother to rework Recruit and not let it be played on ranked ? :D
Me someone who plays recruit because I lose all the time this makers me happy lol, but the community ruined the game with Ubisoft they need skill based matchmaking in all modes I always get teammates who are clueless and then sweaty opponents it ruins the game completely losing 0-3 or 4 just makes ya get off completely and play other games

If you mean the premium battlepass, then yes, because you'll get an operator voucher (free op) and if you have all ops, you get 600 credits, so basically half off battlepass
Why do the operators look like shit? It's 2024 and they look like they belong in the 90s or some underfunded global south nation. Would it kill Ubi to just use the uniforms from Vegas 2 and take some of the concepts from True Patriots to make a badass but still realistic operator. God forbid they don't look like a shitty cartoon, I guess.
