Hi, just want to ask help. I have a question. If a security is late in formation 1 time only, and the commander send a notice for suspension is it valid? Lumabag ba daw sa republic act 5487? Take note the start of duty is 7am and no proper time for formation. The security that i am talking about arrived in the formation about 6:36 am.
Hello! Thank you for your comment. This goes back how late is being defined in a specific setting. In our usual set up, guard mounting, formation or pre-shift briefing is part of regular activity in a detachment. That is why being late from formation is considered tardiness even if the start of actual duty is 7AM or 7PM. While "Tardiness" is not specifically included in the provisions of RA 5487. It can fall in light offenses specifically in number 7. all acts of (sic) prejudicial to good conduct, behavior, morals, and similar acts, pursuant to existing laws, rules, and regulations. But suspension for committing only 1 count of tardiness is a bit harsh. Usually, there is a table of offenses from your Agency Company Rules and Regulation(CRR) where you may find the table of penalties for each offense. Normally being late construed for written warning. Good afternoon. Nag basa po kase ako ng RA 5487 which approved on June 21, 1969.. Section 5 Ang sabe po ay not less than 21yrs old Ang requirements Pero sa IRR po ng 5487 as amended naging not less than 18 yrs of age.. Nabasa ko po kase Ang PD 11, PD 100 and PD 1919 parang Wala po ako nabasa na binabaan Ang age requirement from 21 to 18.. Baka po alam nyo po ano Ang nag amend sa RA 5487 na binabaan Ang age requirement para sa security guard po Maraming salamat po
Sir ask ko lang po kung pwedeng e relieve o alisin sa pwesto yung guard kung expire ang nuerodrugtest nya pero yung license nya ay hindi pa expire. Maraming salamat po

Yes po, it is billable. Bini-bill po ang lahat ng mandatory government benefits ng mga guards sa client. Wala pong gasto ang agency sa mga benefits ni guards. Kasama po diyan ang retirement benefits. May pananagutan po ang agency kung sakaling mag bill sila sa client at di binayaran ang mga mandatory benefits ng mga guards.
