“Ab na satao mohe” “अब ना सताओ मोहे” hymn is based on Raag Bageshree and in Jhap Taal.
Raag Bageshree or Raag Bageshri is a late night raag, belongs to ‘Kafi Thaat’ and relates the emotion of a woman waiting for reunion with her lover. It is believed to have been first sung by ‘Miyan Tansen’, the celebrated court singer of the Emperor Akbar in the sixteenth century.
