INGREDIENTS:
🟡 Matki/Moth Salad
- 1 Cup Sprouted matki/moth boiled with salt and turmeric
- 1 Big Lettuce
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 Cloves of garlic
- Chilli Flakes to taste
- Pizza/Pasta seasoning to taste
- 1 Tsp honey
- 1 Small lemon (juice)
- Salt to taste
🟡 Coconut Chutney
- 1 Cup fresh coconut
- 2 Tbsp roasted chana dal
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 2-3 Green chillies
- Salt to taste
For Tempering
- Oil
- 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds
- 6-7 Curry leaves
🟡 Tomato Chutney
- 2-3 Tsp oil
- 1 Tsp urad dal
- 3-4 Dried whole red chillies (without seeds)
- 1 Green chili
- 1 Small onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves
- Salt to taste
For Tempering
- Oil
- 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds
- 5-6 Curry leaves
🟡 Sambar
For cooking dal
- 1/2 Cup toor/arhar dal
- 1/4 Tsp turmeric
- 1 Small onion & a few shallots (sambar onions)
- 1 Whole drumstick cut into pieces

Tadka
- Oil
- 1/2 Tsp mustard
- 2 Pinches hing (asafoetida)
- 1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
- A little turmeric
- 1 Dried red chilli
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp sambar masala
- 1/2 Tsp tamarind soaked in water
- Salt to taste
