What a superb video. I remember reading accounts of RAAM 30 years ago, with all the craziness that can happen there. This was such a well executed team and great to watch.
Nice video on the team RAAM concept and how it works. However, I have to say that the video was way too upbeat and lacked the drama that a cross-country bike ride almost certainly entails. I'm speaking from experience as I crossed the US solo 3 times. Just to name a few, where were the headwinds, saddle sores, sunburned skin, muscle cramps, bad pavement, road construction detours, flat tires (other than on the support vehicle), angry motorists, traffic jams, missed turns, and other challenges?
Unfortunately they are all royalty-free tracks and I haven’t got access to the project anymore to find out what they were called. Have heard a couple of them in recent cycling adverts though!
