A great tip is keep checking the app often, a few times a day after the collection dropped. A few days later, the items that have been returned will be relaunched again and you might find what you were looking for and couldn’t get initially. I managed to buy a second pair of spiral jeans from the Mugler collection as a back up, almost all the blazer were available again along with every jewellery piece, even the leather jackets on most of the sizes. Aside from the most coveted pieces, all were available sometime later!

In Century City, everyone was inside a few minutes after opening, and I didn't see any color coded bracelets. I arrived a few minutes after opening. We could shop as long as we wanted, and I realized I had spent almost 40 minutes inside. The chain mail sequin top and skirt had only 2 each within the 1st 10 minutes, but I found another after it was returned. After paying, I was able to continue shopping without exiting, though I just wanted to see if I could see the scarf I ordered, which must've been an online exclusive. There were still some pieces in store today, including the pants that went with that military jkt. The shimmery stuff was all gone. Those outfits look great on you.

The bracelets are usually distributed about 30 minutes before the doors open but they may not give them out at all if there aren’t enough people in the line for it to make sense. In london it was launched at 1 store and the returns were for 3 days only. Plus the app didnt work for ages and loads sold out. It's all on ebay but doesn't seem to be as popular as mugler.

Wow! That’s a really short window for returns. Perhaps this is their way to mess with resellers but it probably isn’t very effective from what I can see. I know I’ll be forced to resell my size L skirt if the M works better for me because it’s not arriving until Friday.

Hello there. You got amazing pieces, do not send them back pls. The 70's orange set is amazing and to die for. A shame you didnt get the purple pants 👖 you could wear it down with a white tshirt 👕 and beautiful shoes
