Why defend the bible when you don’t know the history of the bible? If you need to defend, defend your faith not the bible because as long as it’s been written by humans regardless of its original inspiration you will not be able to accurately defend it. But your faith when you defending it, it’s based on spiritual something you cannot hold or see physically. What some Christians keep arguing is that even if letter B was supposed to be letter A they still want to excuse that or come up with something to explain other than accept that it’s possible to contain inaccuracies. Whenever you watch or listen to this type of debates all end up arguing about the bible legitimacy. The difficulty I guess is that their faith is based on the bible so any inaccuracies means something is wrong with their faith, that I believe is wrong because faith though came from inaccurate sources takes a whole new form. I say stick to your faith and defend it don’t defend the bible. Take what you believe to be true in the bible and leave those inaccurate parts. Avraham and rabbi are not saying don’t believe in God just don’t use the whole bible as your source of faith. Some people have deliberately added inaccuracies to the bible for their own gains. Debate is about facts so they will always win against Christians but if you debate on faith only Christians may win. One love to you all
