Rav Yitzchak David Grosman is a Tzaddik in our time. Hatzlacha to him and his crew to continue to help Yiddin in all walks of life. Everything he does is l'shem Shamayim - for the sake of Heaven.

Is the Rebbe speaking about a universal brother hood or is it limited brotherhoog limited by religion or to people that look like him

As you can see and hear from this video, very few of the people the Rabbi helps , look like him. As far as helping only Jews, the Rabbi cares about every human's suffering. If you wonder why most of his activity is focused on Jews, it is because , our oral law , the Talmud, teaches us based on the verse in , Deuteronomy 15,8 , that "if one is confronted by various people in need, he must see to those that he is responsible for first". Jews are responsible guarantors for each other, wherever they find each other. As Jews we entered such a covenant 3500 years ago and must abide by it. When we forget , there will always be volunteer oppressors who will remind us.
