Both Rabbis are making valid points, Chassidus is multidimensional. Emunah is the bedrock of our Yiddishkeit while Chabad teaches us to think and think and question. A tantalising paradox
The bodies asking the questions, although iti viewes as separateness overall the Same Self in all to encourage. Our bodies a companion or a neighborly best friend to be understood and answered. Yet silence is the greater portion we tend to allow the least bit of its sound to attend to. Even a small talk and acknowledgment keeps its tail wagging.😊 After all it does so well for Hashem. 🎉
I think Rabbi Friedman brought up some valid points. It even seems like r paltiel didn't have what to argue with on the last point, that chasidus wants to know this. I spoke with a litvisher rav and he said the ramchal talks about this idea. Does rabbi yaron reuven know all of ramchal and chabad teachings to say he is an apikorus.
Greatest respect for Rabbi Manis Friedman. The Rebbe also had these opposers to his groundbreaking ideas. AM ISRAEL CHAI 🇮🇱💙🇮🇱 Love from Sydney Australia Toda rabba Rabbi Friedman
@user770EP You quite clearly have no debating skills whatsoever...as soon as you said "How dare you"to the opponent, you would look silly&disqualify yourself.Your way is no respectful way to conduct yourself towards another Jew,just because they have another opinion.I will defend Rabbi Friedman always,as I will with all that I dearly respect, now if you don't like that,it's your problem,I pity your self righteous misplaced clumsy indignation.Name calling is low minded.
@@naomicorban8703 I don’t care what your rabbi thinks. Manis Friedman was put under Cherem by Lubavitchers in his hometown for defending two child molesters and refusing to apologize
I cannot for the life of me understand how a mashpia in TT can possibly have the gall to ask whether a question (and an aspect of avodas Hashem at that) is either a human question or a chassidus question...?! Chassidus lends itself to human thought. If it is not practical in human terms, it's more Kabbala than Chassidus. And if it's Kabbala, then the question begs - who cares??!! And I doubt it if Rabbi Paltiel would ever have asked "who cares" regarding a concept in Kabbala which actually bears no revealed significance to our avodas Hashem, because, well it's Kabbala!
13:40 If the questioner does not see as sense in t‘fila, a spiritual „hug“ will neither help him nor satisfy his selfproudness and his uncommensurable seek for gratifications. He might take in the seder haTfilot a chance for his day by day personal recalibration to the divine truth in a world filled up with lies and errors, and learn, that midas haChessed is provided in return.
THE ETERNAL IS ONE! AND YOUR WAY IS ONE! Dear Rabbis, I have seen some Jewish speakers, when questioned by religious people from other religions, say, perhaps out of respect, that just as there are several ways to get to Rome, there are several ways to get to the abode of the Eternal. But, considering that all human beings are equal before the Eternal, there will be no two ways! Or 3 how the 3 religions that call themselves monotheistic want to live in Jerusalem. There are no IDOLATRIC monotheists! That looks like a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing! What we should do is not up to me to tell the Jewish Wise Men on You-Tub channels, but asking doesn't do any harm. So ask our brothers who say they belong to other religions whether they, after all, believe or not in the Professions of the Prophets of the Holy Scriptures If they say YES! So tell them to read: - THE PROFESSY OF ZEHARIÁ 8.23 Let them then respond and we will listen to them. After all, we all want to have a place in the only Ark that will take us to the home of the Almighty. Shalom Ysrael
The question debunks the one who put it, as bare of any emuna and of narcistic overselfesteem in gaava and chuzpa. In fact he does not deserve an answer at all, but „hakhe et shinav“. There is no answer, that will ever satisfy him, because he denies jirat haShem. Neither the Rabbis nor the audience should waste further time or attention.
This question was posed by the Rabbis themselves. It is thought provoking and needs to be answered like everything else in Torah. Just as we need to understand impractical halachos, we need to understand, as much as possible, Hashem.
@@bell1095 I didn't look up the source, but it seems to me that the answer you are citing is to a questioner who, as you mentioned, will never be satisfied. A critic for the sake of being a critic. There is a good example of this of Richard Dawkins saying that if Hashem spoke to him directly, he would attribute it to a hallucination.
i am here today because manis was mikarev my bubby shlita to yidishkiet so she had my parents who had me instead of intermarege!! plus other intermarries manis stopt i wander if any of the weerdows below can say the same your just noise manis sees clear others are blind so why should darkness have opinions about light! reb manis is a shomer torah umitzva ready for moshiach now

Haha ''say clearly'' , You slander directly the Rambam in his psak and all mesorat and Maatikey hashemua of Klall israel from all generations with the non-sense of your ''lichora'' Contemporain Rebbe zatsal . One thousand rebbe like yours will not budge or deviate one Kutso shel youd of the Holyness of Hashem and the Torah. You are heartless , to even say this, in the name of your Rebbe zatsal.שקר שנאתי ואתעבה ותורתך אהבתי. Let alone , that you beleive Rabbi Menahem Sheneerson zatsal is alive and the Mashiach, so you are the Apikoros !
God spoke to create the light, God called the light "Good". God did not call God "Good". God called what God created to be Good. The Darkness was already from eternity, thus God must be the Darkness, something not created and has no need to change. In his abode of Darkness, God needs nothing. There is as an eternal matter, something there that does not move or change, , so it needs nothing, it is already "Nothing". What then was created needs more creation, needs something of the creation and relates to creation and cannot relate to God, if God is actually as an eternal matter of nothing. The Act of God that God spoke , what comes to be Good, as a light created, apart from the eternal darkness, that is what needs something more, . So Jesus is GOOD while God is needing nothing and is nothing, an eternal steady state matter that needs not move or change, but Jesus is of the Light, so mankind needs to worship Jesus as a man needs to act according to the Speech or Word of God, to relate to a need to act based on something spoken to be, rather than what needs not be spoken , which is the Darkness in which God rests forever without any need. If you only need God, you get eternal darkness, that is God, but if you need to add to the light, that is something God created by His Word, and thus Jesus is the Word of God, a Light to the Gentiles, and he needs you. Any other answer is a lie.
@@mweiss505 He has been denounced by Gedolei Yisroel for his nonsense kifrah and Lubavitchers have separated from him for his defense of two child molesters
You have a photo of the Rebbe as your profile and yet you slander another Jew. If you knew anything about the Rebbe you would only be looking for the good in everyone you meet or see. Moreover, you follow what a Rav says who uses his social presence to slandering every type of Jew he disagrees with?
