So glad I found this video! Definitely made grooming my 2 lionhead buns easier their still babies and don’t stay still for a long time haha. Love your channel x
Hello, and thanks for your vid! I have a lionhead rabbit, too. Yes, when grooming him I have him on my lap. I do brush him about every other day. The trick I use to get him still is to first pet him, brush him, pet him, brush him, and so forth. This makes him think that I'm just petting him the hole time. Again, thanks for your video!
I really need some help I have pet bunny she is 5 months and she still doesn't let me pick her up were close she sleeps next me and let me feed her treats
Does Cocopuff have double coated fur? My lionhead is, hes only 14 weeks but he looks a lot like cocopuff apart from a longer white strip on his nose! I didn't want to hold him down to make him too uncomfortable since we haven't bonded too much I've had him for 2 weeks but he definitely needs a bigger brush cos he runs away. Do you think Id be okay to do that so early or could this make him a little more stressed xx
I am not sure what you mean by double coated, but Cocoa Puff has very thin fur for being a Lionhead. And I have never met or heard a bunny being completely comfortable with brushing. It will take a couple of brushing sessions for your bun to understand that you are actually helping them and not hurting them. But the sooner you start, the better.
When brush a rabbit do you think it would help with dandruff I can’t really take her to the vet cuz I don’t have the money for it but do you think it would help
