200ml brandy
70ml of cream 30%
100 ml of broth
3 cloves of garlic
a few sprigs of thyme
2 potatoes
100g of butter
olive oil
2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
salt pepper
Roman salad
10g gruyere cheese
half a shallot
a few dried plums
