Ferguson coming in and not closing one play down definitely didn't help. He was left stranded but it's better to stay on your wing and let cover try to get the inside man, don't have as far to cover. Running in just creates a saloon passage down the outside.

Ferguson, stay on your man. If the center goes through, the cover doesn't have as far to come across. He came out of the line 4-5 times that led to points, not shutting anything down. If you're coming up and in you have to hit the receiver as he's catching it, locking the ball up. Worst wing defence I've seen in a long time. He should be dropped for that.

Brad has done all he can do for this squad. Take this to the bank. Parra to drop out without a fight again in finals. On top of this Manly or Souths to take their spot in top 4 before year is out.
