Rabbits playing in the snow! 

Omg guys, have none of you jumped several metres into thick snow (from a roof or something)? Its the least dangerous thing you can do. The snow is obviously really thick and soft. If the bunny was hurt, BELIEVE ME; you would be able to tell. He just continued to explore the snow. Stop pretending you're all experts and enjoy the bloody cuteness. Honestly the amount of "animal experts" on RU-vid is astounding

My bunny Cashew has never experienced snow before... He's solid white, and I wouldn't want to toss him into the snow in the yard, I mean, he would be really hard to find! But your rabbits are so cute! I just wanna hug them... Fluffy!

I can't believe people say that rabbits are not social and emotionless! Don't you even dare! Rabbits are the most social animals ever! They LOVE to play and be EXTREMELY cheeky!! They always want company and they can even DIE of loneliness!!!! So don't say things when don't even know what you are saying!

This was so cute. I didn't like the throwing part but the bunnies didn't seem to be bothered by it. I have a special needs bunny. When we have snow I will bring some inside for her to play in.

For the people saying that you shouldn’t throw the rabbits, yes your right but in this case it’s ok, the rabbit had a soft padding of snow to break the impact, and it wasn’t very high of a drop so it’s not dangerous, BUT IN ANY OTHER CASE DONT THROW A RABBIT, THEY ARE VERY FRAGILE CREATURES

Just so people know, this is not animal abuse. Rabbits have fur made for winter weather and fur on the bottom of their paws so they don't hurt themselves or become cold. Especially since these bunnies are outside, they are fine and very happy!

Please be careful if you decide to emulate this video. These are likely outside rabbits who have grown a winter coat. Indoor rabbits will need to be introduced more slowly rather that literally throwing them into a pile of it. Also making sure the rabbit can come inside or go someplace warm if they want to and checking that they're not getting too cold etc is important

Not sure about being launched into the snow, but once there they seem to pick some instinctive thing to dig in. They seem to be enjoying it. Looks at date, sad for your bunnies, hope you still have some.

I'd guess from some of the negativity that people can't equate what they see with what's happening, which is kind of ridiculous. We see a rabbit get tossed into some snow, and then we see said rabbit go about burrowing, literally making itself at home....takes a special kind of dimwit to interpret that as abusive....

Anyway it's not like the owners are beating the shit out of the rabbits, dropping them from the roof onto the hard cement. They seem like very livening and caring owners, just being nice enough to let their rabbits play outside. The rabbits seem to trust and love them by the look of how they don't wriggle or flinch when being held. Rabbits have thick fur for a reason, to keep them warm from the SNOW.

3 rabbits in my life, I know a lot about them. That rabbit is actually playing, hes having a great time. THEY LOVE SNOW!!!!!!!!

What a wonderful way for the buns to get some time to exhibit their natural digging behaviors! I love the little tunnel system they made right away :D And guys- the rabbits are fine. Not only is the snow soft, but the height they were tossed from isn't any worse than what I've seen rabbits jump from. And they showed no sign of distress through any of the video- they were clearly having fun playing around in the snow, and they have the winter coats to weather it. They're happy rabbits

My Redelman/Mini Rex also loves the snow :) His first winter was the best though lol He just sat there and looked up at me like "What do I do, mom?!". Then he started moving around and it just got better from there.

Both the girl and the rabbits are cute! My Kookyshek was really into snow and every time there was a lot of snow outside he'd paw the balcony door to show us he wanted to go out. When I was studying for my stockbroker's license, I'd take him out and an old carpet on which I'd lay studying the books, and every once in a while, he'd come over and try to look at the book the same way as I was, but just couldn't figure it out, or why I was looking at it. I could tell that he was thinking "you must be crazy" for looking at some squiggles on a white page. Anyway, he died on 22.10.2010 of lung cancer because my selfish and evil neighbours decided to start manufacturing meth,and the smell of it got into the whole house, especially the lower floor where I had him.

Are you kidding? Those rabbits are having heaps of fun. They love digging around in all that snow, and their winter coats have probably come in so the cold isn't a problem.

I used to do this with one of my cats. She was the adventurous, not scared of anything type, so when it snowed I'd throw her in it. She was scared at first since she didn't know what was going on and why the ground suddenly felt different, but once she got used to it she had a great time.

Those rabbits looked just like my rabbit that died. I literally cried during the video cause It reminded me of him sooo much. Their adorable. Any one who is lucky to own a rabbit should use all the time they have with them.

I did this with my bunnies too when we had a major snowfall. They love it! It doesn't hurt or scare them like people suggest. They start doing binkies...or at least attempt to in the snow. :P It's not like they're being hurtled towards to ground like a touchdown spike. Ha ha. Lighten up people.

For some reason people happen to forget that rabbits have been living in those climates for 1000s of years and have EVOLVED to cope with the cold weather.

Loved watching that. Loved the comment about the 2 foot drop. Indeed they are hardy creature. Us humans tend to attached too much emotions to every situation. We have a black 10 week old Mini Black Lop ratted bunny, living in though. First house bunny. All our 30 before loved out. 😀 Wish we had snow like that here in Hertfordshire - ENGLAND, our snow barely get to mm, let alone feet! HA.

Please note that rabbits as a domesticated breed, unlike the hare, are not fit for cold weather under 12 degrees celcius. They can pass or get really sick from getting too cold, fragile bodies they have. Between 12 and 22 degrees celcius is the right outdoor-temperature for a bunny.
