"espania matador" It was the only thing I understand but even understand anything are talking about I thank you for sharing with us Janne PS: only legends of the rally how some felt to stop driving the cars of group b to drive these cars with almost half the power ;)
The Art Of Rally Haha yeah this might be somewhat difficult to understand if you're not able to speak/understand finnish. I just thought that since I had this laying around on my external hard drive that it would be stupid not to share this piece of finnish rallying history (This was Pentti Airikkala's only WRC victory and he is still the 3rd oldest WRC event winner)
Its funny seeing Armin running the Limo this far after the failure of 1987. Juha Pironen seemed a bit annoyed with that reporter at the beginning, but I can't understand anything haha
Daniel Perry yeah that Audi is ridiculously long haha. And it might have been his only possibility to go to RAC so if the situation was same for me I'd also take the Audi rather than sit out the race haha. And Juha Piironen is asked about how the event is since they weren't allowed to do the recce on the stages and Juha says it's not that special and experience doesn't help that much in here since there's such a variety between the stages. He also says that the only thing he does on the stages is to tell Juha (Kankkunen) the junctions on the stage since those are the only thing that are marked on their road books.
The mid 90s were my favourite era some great drivers McRae, Sainz and Kankkunen to name a few there was nothing quite as much fun as walking through a Welsh forest at 5 in the morning to find a good spot
