I actually had an encounter with a raccoon a couple of years ago similar to this. I was walking home from work and it came from around the side of someone’s house. Upon seeing me, it did the same thing as the raccoon at 0:15. Eventually it turned around (still on its hind legs), got back on all fours, then waddled away.
