NASCAR is a strange one, and that's coming from someone who's followed the sport since 2006. I like they allow drivers to be aggressive, but that said the lines NASCAR draws tend to be sloppy at the best of times.

@@rhys3089 there is no rule to say you must accept the redress. didn't change the result although if you have a chance to put your main competitor further down the list you take it. there is a championship to think about. Imagine if Waters was only 4 second off the lead he's up to second or what if supercars handed out a 10 second penalty or more, Anton gets less championship points. It was quick thinking by T8 but I think the penalty was only 5 seconds because SVG refused the redress. If Anton would have speed away he would have gotten more then 5.

this program is a Holden show, it's very very bias, its set up for holden to win, expecually this year the last year of Holden, they are controlling the exit of the Holden commodore and I bet they'll make a bigger deal out of it than when falcon exited, hollow victories for Holden they won't play fair because Ford would win all the time, let's see what happens if the roles are reversed, 16 ford's vs 9 Holden's and all the top drivers and teams are in ford's, Holden would never win,

I've followed Supercars on and off for years, but you couldn't be more right, and this sport is on fire right now. Al that power and speed and yet we're still getting nose to tail finishes (and closer) coming into the last corner after an 88 lap race. There's nothing to match it.

It's very common that they are awkward in that department, since they have spent so long focussing on only what they do since they were kids. Yes, it was a dive by Anton, no argument there. But SVG did turn in sharper to stop any possible pass on the inside. So SVG turning in earlier that usual, and Anton trying a dive, it was an accident waiting to happen. Anton got the penalty which he deserved and SVG won, which he deserved. But I have seen SVG do the same to cars in front over the years. To me, it was just good racing with too much enthusiasm at the end by Anton, and to hard defending by SVG.

@@thesepeoplearecriminals1731 the Holden teams all signed off on the mustang when it entered the v8 supecars, but just because Scott McLaughlin is doing what vaginaburger is doing now they cried, they cried parity,,, and made continuous adjustments to the mustang to slow it down, slowed it down until vaginaburger could win all the time, but when 888 Holden Vodafone /red bull racing wich used to be the ford Vodafone team started dominating for ten years the Ford teams said where's some parity, the Holden teams said ford just needs to develope a better car, well that's what they did, they made the mustang V8 supercar, parity?????????? this category has had more than twice as many holdens than ford's, like I've been saying how's that fair???? Holden have always got the best drivers, and if a Ford driver comes up thru the ranks and starts winning , the Holden teams grab him for the next year, so Holden always has probability on there side, they're far more likely to win a championship or a Bathurst, like I say, Holden has hollow victories, Ford racing is more challenging, expecially when you add the fact race control will remove black flags from the top Holden driver( a first in all motorsports history), but in the same championship determining race they'll penalized the top contending Ford driver with a black flag for the same infringement, and they let Holden cars crash the leading ford off the track to ruin a victory expecially a championship deciding race or a Ford that's a few laps from winning Bathurst, they'll also do silly things like the Marcos ambrose baliclava warren luff incident, dirty low down sore loser tactics, Murphy crashed ambrose into the wall as he was 20 laps from winning Bathurst and he was way out in front, Murphy didn't even try to turn the corner he just rammed him into the wall hard,
