Hey Supercars, thanks heaps for the old races. Any chance you could upload the full race? I remember this one well, it's a ripper with action and battles the whole way through plus some elite driving from Lowndes. At the time Barry Sheene said it as "the best touring car race" he'd seen in his life!
25:12 absolutely scary. I've worked in the pit lane at some events around Australia and this has to be one of the worst things I can think of happening. Glad to see no one seriously injured.
@@ClanFever There was an incident at Oran Park later that year where some of JB's CAT crew got injured and for the Queensland 500 they did a piece pre-race showing off some crew members of the K-Mart crew wearing Motorcross helmets for safety improvements.
@@jacobschinella8642 all good cutting the adds I am all for that but they cut from lap 17 to 28. Average commercial break is 3 minutes roughly, fastest lap of this race was a 1:26.7346 by Jason Bright on lap 71, so that would be it was almost a 15-minute commercial break. I love this sport so much and the old races are amazing, it is a part of the history, I just want to see as much as there is. I get they have to cut the adds off but not cutting out huge chunks of the race.
@@lachlanjames7577 For some races, they probably don't have the tapes for the full races or it's too much damaged to be use or it's the TEN who have it. They simply upload what they have. If it's highlights, then hightlight it is.
