You have to give it to Frankie and Inspiral, if I were the owner it would have been squeaky bum time.

@suemaher5282, I backed Warm Heart to win because I knew she was in top class form at the moment and it wouldn't be an issue her dropping back in trip to 10F from her last two 12F wins in the G1 Yorkshire Oaks & G1 Prix Vermeille. I thought it would be tougher for Inspiral going up in trip from a mile to 10F for the first time against a field this deep than on Warm Heart dropping back down to 10F. That said, I backed Warm Heart knowing full well that if Inspiral got the trip that she was the faster filly of the two. Both fillies ran fantastic races though. Certainly nothing for Aidan or Ryan to hang their head about for Warm Heart.

@@GBeret83 Exactly how I thought it would go and did what u did and backed Warm Heart. Both ran a great race but Inspiral definitely got the trip and as Gosden said she's probably been running over the wrong trip. Ryan couldn't have ridden any better so no hard luck story there. How about Melbourne in the early hours tomorrow can Frankie and Ryan do the same for Mullins.
