Pa Woo normal swim, using only his arms and then he had a special bike were he only had to use his arms. Same for the run so basically a 13h arm workout

@@pawoo666 he has a leg prostheses but he must swim without them and ride a special bicycle, for the run he put them on legs but they dont look like these ones that have Pistorius for example

Since vikings came from Norway it is just natural that they would use a location that is similar to a Norwegian fjord.

They said 4+ hours, probably just climbing for small parts of it, seems it was a large descent aswell after the climb :)

I thought that Alex. Do a fair bit of cycling but only ever done a sprint tri so not exactly qualified to comment 🤣 however, wouldnt an aero road bike with clip on bars be better?

@@fatstripper88 i see your comment now (yeah, better late than never). I "raced" this edition. There is 1 big climb straight after the start (you climb up about 1000m elevation on that one) and then it's a plateau with ondulating roads for 90km, then three shorter climbs (a few km's each one) and then a very long and fast downhill untill the transition zone. Took the TT bike and was very happy about my decision.... NP 223watt over 6h33 biking (i'm a pussy downhill). For reference, i bike just under 5hrs on "normal" Ironmen (flat versions) and about 1hr for olympic biking. The wind can also be a real bitch in norseman (not that year) and then it's also good to be able to be aero and comfortable...

1kg of body fat is approx 7000 calories, so it depends on how big was a bag.

Thank you for your insightful and valuable feedback. You definitely have a way with words. We have been considering a "classical" music film edit for some time. When we do it it will be for our annual film, not the race recap. A race recap edited and published on the day of the race, also having "snippets" of our smiling, friendly and professional commentators, to us it makes perfect sense.
