So an observation. Noelle actually handles the broom well enough after Nero leaves. So: 1. Nero unknowingly messed with Noelle's control . 2. Noelle intentionally handled the broom like that to get Nero away for some alone time with asta. 3. Same as #2 except unintentional and just let her worried feelings go a little wild.

Asta won the race in my opinion. He had to traverse varying terrain while Yuno just needed to fly in a straight path. Yuno got there first but Asta was still the faster one. Yuno just has cheats on.

You guys do understand that Noelle is leagues above Sister Lily, so technically Noelles simple water blast would hurt Asta a little bit and in fact annoy him which it clearly shows in this episode.
