You can see an old Benz racing to the hill. This race was just for fun, not serious. But it was an opportunity to push it more than little bit. We enjoyed it! Now we can share it!
That was great. I envy you owning a 300E. You might try easing off the gas before the curve and then accelerating moderately going into the curve and all the way through. RWD cars handle well with that technique, you may enjoy it. Thanks for sharing.

@@MissMan666 very true, what I like about this car, is that you can drive it as semi-manual if you want, but have to be careful with downshitfs, as it likes to jerk the tail a bit when downshifting manually. I ended up drifting half a corner the other day because I put too much gas in 2nd on a hill hahaha(wet tarmac, started to wheelspin and the tail went sideways for a bit), still, it was a nice and smooth drift.
so einer als 200d kostet heute 12k in deutschland, amortisiert sich aber ;) Cars like this and from the same time, which are known as "200d" are offered in germany for 12k euros, but will pay off at the gas station. Nice country you live in. i like smetanas "vltava" and dvoraks "from the new world" either, not to forget myslivecek and other baroque composers.
Jasně, je to verze bez klimatizace. Teď jsem právě přišel z garáže a po asi 2 měsících jsem ho nastartoval. Měnil jsem tam rádio a čelní okno, tak asi před hodinkou jsem tam domontoval stěrač a všechny ty plasty kolem vevnitř a venku. Za týden tady máme zase tu sešlost veteránistů, tak určitě nějaký videa přibudou. Zdravím.
Chci si pořídit 300d .. Chtěl bych spíš ten TD ale mám už jednoho kandidáta co potřebuje zachránit. Tenhle benzín co máš je sice svižnšjší ale poruchovej. Nezapře se ten závodní původ modelu.. Ach kde jsou ty časy kdy byl motorsport zajímavej
S 300D jsem kdysi jezdil, už je to tak 21 let. Pamatuju si, že to zdaleka bylo línější, ale když se to rozjelo, tak to prostě jelo. S tou 300TD zkušenosti nemám, tam je ta zajímavost toho žebrování v PP blatníku. A co je na 300E poruchový?
nemám zkušenost ale všichni píšou, že je poruchový a opravy jsou drahé.. tak na tom nejspíš něco bude. Určitě je to způsobené velkým nájezdem km a nebo tím že tomu autu předchozí majitel dával zabrat. Vy ho vlastníte a jezdíte s ním tak máte jistě nějaké zkušenosti
Teď už s ním moc nejezdím, jenom, když je hezky. Koupil jsem ho ve 2013 a k tomu ještě další 2. Jsou vidět na tom dalším videu První start po 4 letech ... Tam jsem nastartoval toho zlatýho. Ten první rok jsem s tímhle bílým najezdil asi 20.000 km naprosto bez problémů. Teď má 138 tis. km. Stejně ho ale chci kompletně zrenovovat. Motor, převodovka, nápravy .... Kastle a interiér je naprosto O.K.
Well, this car is not meant for races or anything... just a daily drive car, that's all, and a highway one, so yeah of course, because it is way lighter than this old mb... so yeah and it's not shit, your golf would be probably dead at 300.000km meanwhile this can keep going strong at 450 and more
