Rich, that GMC is a 496 but single turbo. It is my son's truck. We had a great time. Thanks so much for the invite. We enjoyed talking with you about his truck. Unfortunately you guys showed his worst pass of the day. He let out of it twice on that pass. He was serious about taking you for a ride in it also. Maybe next year if you invite him again we will have it even faster.

The awesomeness of Racetober lives on. The fact that you guys have never gotten "too big" for the folks who share the passion will always be a factor in your success. I wish BattleDad would have made an appearance, I think his support over the years he has earned a ride in 2J with Doug. About 2k miles from me to you, but wife retires next spring, and who knows...maybe someday we can come, camp, and yall can laugh at my stock Turbo S...or maybe I can book an appt. in the shop a couple weeks before... Nice event guys. This brings me back to why I started watching the channel. Nice to see the old battle grounds again. Miss the old test track around the pond and around the tree. When’s the next time trials track? I like the drag racing but missing the course battles.

I'm not a SXS guy, but it seems like you guys are running very small air-to-air intercoolers (mounted horizontally!?). Running those small intercoolers at high boost (I think you guys said Beast Mode is near 45psi?). Why don't you run a water-to-air intercooler with the heat exchanger up front and the intercooler in the back with a Water Box for the intercooler in the back as well? I cannot imagine what IAT's you guys are seeing on that setup. Beast Mode is bad ass and I'm not even into SXS's, I just found this channel because of 2JP.

Well. Before someone gets killed and we’ll never see this again, need to add concrete stackable barriers as the cars are too fast. And I’m a speed freak and to see especially at the top end the fast cars dancing around - spooky But keep racing!!! Just think about safety before you have to….
