What a woman!! No water, no milk, and drank a teaspoon full of every hot sauce, and barely fluttered an eyelash. Truly a HOT ONES LEGEND!!!!

I love this show because you get to see the person behind the celebrity in a lot of cases. Where else in the world are you going to get Rachel Ray to look in the camera and say "Boob sweat"?

I like how he matches the energy his guests bring. If they are calm he is calm but I enjoyed him getting into it lol

For those that don't know, the skin on the chicken wing actually will soak up a large amount of sauce. If you toss them & set them on a plate, it'll only take 5-10 minutes for it to be pulled into the skin completely. If you put them under extremely bright lights & sit for more than a few minutes, they will appear to be bland & sauce-less ... Hence why they don't look like there is anything on them If you "trash" wings, you are soaking the wings in the sauce for a minute or 2 & then tossing it back in the fryer. The skin absorbs the sauce & when dropped back in the fryer, the sauce is fried into the skin of the wing. *Side tip for breaded items" Heavy breading, with a preferable egg wash but marinaded boneless chicken works, & only 30 seconds. The more you soak the breaded items, the more the breading will crumble off You can use it to layer many sauce combos together. Soak them in your favorite spicy wing sauce, trash them, & then toss them in your favorite sweet wing sauce ... You'll be in spicy, sweet heaven that you created yourself. I like to do a 11 minute bake, soak, 4 minute fry, & then toss process for my favorite wings. The meat tends to be juicier while still having the crispy skin

This has to be one of my favorite videos. Rachel Ray is simply amazing and I loved how she was breaking down the flavor profiles of the sauces. She is just so likable and quite badass with the whole tsp full tasting.

It's nice to see Sean be so energetic, this is more like a back and forth with 2 people who get along really well

I'm not a Rachel Ray follower but this was my favorite Hot Ones episode yet. She described all of the sauces so well! And she had interesting commentary. AND she did all of the sauces off of a spoon, BADASS! Think I'm a fan now, she seems very authentic.

The trick to eating the forewing (?) is getting it cooked enough so that the meat lets go of the bone. Then all you have to do is separate the 2 bones on 1 end, and give them a twist (1 at a time). They'll pull right out. I can do it in about 5 seconds.
