I really liked Rachel and Chandler's interactions, shame that they never really had any storylines together, aside from the cheesecake plot earlier in the season.
There were a couple in earlier seasons. Like when they bonded over their parents' divorces, or in s4 with her embarrassing herself in front of Joshua and him comforting her, then him dating her boss, then her wanting him to find her a date and him screwing that up... But yeah, it all sort of fizzled out after s7...
They met for the first when he was in college, then again for the first time in the bar before central perk and then again for the 1st time when they made out.
I love how proudly Matthew says "I would be England's most powerful weapon" and Jennifer reciprocates him with a very sincere smile. I love this duo, not so used in the show, but really good when they're together. About Lisa's and Matt's characters...it still surprises me that they didn't end together
Lisa and Matt's characters' names were Phoebe and Joey... Not everyone is supposed to end up together. Aside from a couple of kisses, they had more of a sibling dynamic.
Rachel is not a vanilla.. She has taken huge turns just like that. Running away on the day of her wedding in the wedding gown, gave up her rich spoiled life, worked as a waitress, found a job in fashion, got married in vegas, unplanned pregnancy, had crush on Joey.. She has had so much drama going on
I feel like it's not necessarily because Ross is lame or boring, but that Rachel had known Ross for a long time, and he's a "safe" choice for her so it's not that wild in context
Always wanting this more, the scene n duo of chandler n rachel r so underated, n another one r chandler n phoebe, feels like 10 years of season all its so little of these when chandler hang out with either these two 😂
Seconded, I wish that Chandler had more plots with Phoebe or Rachel, but after he and Monica got together, he was more often paired with her, Joey or Ross.
Yeah but that was for an apartment, which the girls were dying to get back for weeks! Rachel making out with Melissa was for the heck of it. Btw, totally ship it, let the coconuts bang!
@@iBombsquad If he just made a joke about it, yeah she'd say no. But if he told her, "Hey Mon, I'm spending all of my savings on this. Would it really bother you if I wore a tux that would make me feel like you did when you found the perfect dress?" Monica's controlling sure. But she's not a monster. If he actually asked/made it clear it mattered, she'd be all for it.
Scenes like this really emphasize how weird the 90's were about sex stuff. Phoebe describing Rachel briefly kissing another woman in college as "wild?" That barely even qualifies as "mildly interesting"...
I think that Rachel was inexperienced as opposed to dumb. Joey... Yeah I think they may have leaned into the Himbo stereotype a little too much 😂 But I still like that he reads Steven King novels, sails, and is very dedicated to his job by the end from the looks of it.
Rachel: ... And what are you going to wear? Joey: MULTI-COLORED ROBES Sir Christopher Lee gave us a magnificent Saruman the White, but if Joey were a real person, we'd have Saruman of Many Colours.
Chandler was surprised when Jen mentioned Neil Brosnan's name over the tuxedo Jen is Monica's maid of honor. However, Jen was talking about her kiss for several minutes phobe didn't think that she didn't know they both were lesbian. Joey told correctly we should how to play the real way
@@tylerhippo Yes I noticed too ,usually most people refer to the characters names or alternatively the Actors themselves ,mixing and matching can confuse people 😂
@@soleiltounsi6754 No it isn't! Two completely different countries! Ireland is to the right of the United Kingdom which consists of Wales, Scotland,England. England is a completely different country!
