The star of 'Doctor Strange' confirms there was tension on 'The Notebook' with her co-star Ryan Gosling, but that it's all in the past. Follow Yahoo UK for the latest movie news, interviews and updates uk.movies.yaho...
Did the interviewer make up this rumor just to ask her about Ryan? I can’t imagine Marvel casting Gosling as Dr. Stranger, the visuals and vibes just don’t fit.
Him mentioning Ryan Gosling and her not seeing eye to eye as just a rumor is about the dumbest thing ever. Because it’s a known fact they did date, there’s even video of them kissing on live television when they won best kiss at the VMAs.
actually it’s not a dumb thing for him to ask lmao, it’s a fact that Rachel and Ryan didn’t get along while they were filming. eventually they started to like eachother but that was later on, and then they started dating when the movie had already come out. but like, it’s not a dumb rumor created by the interviewer. the director of the movie was the one who revealed about Rachel and Ryan’s “feud” on set.
It’s true-when they first started working together on the movie, there were lots of tension between them and Ryan wanted her to be replaced, but the director asked them to try and make it work… I found this out from the behind the scenes/Director’s cut of The Notebook
uh no they didn't? Ryan literally said this in a 2011 interview (after he broke up with Sandra bullock and rachel, and before he met eva) "I had two of the greatest girlfriends of all time. I haven't met anybody who could top them," Gosling said. "I'm in a committed relationship with film. I'm giving as much to it as a marriage. I'm fine with that."
@@user-ex7em8mk7u I dunno about that…from what I’ve read they ended on good terms and are cordial around each other. They even tried to make it work again in 2008 after the first breakup in 2007.
