Rachel Whiteread's Examination of Negative Spaces On View at SLAM 

The Saint Louis Art Museum will host a 30-year mid-career retrospective of Rachel Whiteread, a celebrated artist who has created a body of work for which the space inside of and between objects dominates. Simon Kelly, the Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at SLAM, discusses the show and the work of Whiteread. The exhibition includes over 90 pieces and has been previously shown in London, Vienna, and Washington, D.C. “Rachel Whiteread” runs from March 17 - June 9, 2019.
