Hello! Thanks for the listing and the post, but it seems as if the times in your tracklist here are the ending of each selection and not the beginning.
Yo no habia escuchado nunca esas melodias, son magicas los dedos de el casi no tocan el teclado lo puedo percivir y sentir que suave melodias gracias!!!!!!
Lukas Geniusas performs Rachmaninoff with such profound feeling and breathtaking lyricism that I'm quite impressed with his efforts and results here, which are astounding. Over the years I've played these pieces which have hidden difficulties and unexpected contours at times, but well worth every minute of the effort, I must say. The acoustics and sound engineering are also great. Accolades to Brilliant Classics for posting such a monumental oeuvre as Rachmaninoff's complete Preludes. This has been a totally sublime listening and nostalgic experience for me!
I too ATTEMPTED to play seven of them(Opus 23, Nos 1 and 6; Opus 32, Nos 5, 6, 7, 10 and 12-my favourite of them all) for local amateur concert items and my own enjoyment MANY long years ago, but I enjoyed this seemingly effortless, powerful and polished performance by Lukas G. far far more.
First of all! Thank you for your great projects! Big up! Mush up! I hope and believe I speak in the name of not a few people! You, Brilliant Existence, Should propose a complete work by Scriabin! Your research and dedication will bear fruit! ♥★
op. 32, no. 5 in g-major- Aphrodite, saviour goddess, and of love, of the times; especially Aphrodite Urania, the music I think; yet not without musical comment congruent of the mundane; with a sigh one leans back and accepts fully the mundane, not without joy... the two in a commingling, like Nirvana in Samsara. Now it is the goddess P'zaaih, in her stead, the national Friend divinity of this land (formerly it was Thor), as well as France, Belgiqa and Sweden...
C minor, op. 32 no. 7- can I think be like the pedagogue once said of the the last movement, Chopin 2nd piano sonata- like a whisper of wind across a grave in a cemetery, the night hour so late and concealed, the experience seems a God-forsaken wilderness... The triple-hour of The Nightside, midnight to 3 a.m. this aeon...
Hi guys! Just a suggestion: Try to better place the ads! I am a fan of Brilliant Classics and this video is excellent but it'd be great if you could put the ads in a different part of the video, and especially not in the middle of a piece! Thanks for sharing this marvellous music.
ads are my nightmare... try some ABP, yes, it will make your browsing slower but at least you'll be able to enjoy a quite without getting the startle of an adv.
BC has nothing to do with ad position. It is all from YT, and they are all about money. If they irritate a person sufficiently, then that person just might fork over money to make them 🛑.
To be able to really ‘Sing’ at the piano I’m afraid is a task so different from really just playing very well at the piano! The vocal aspects of the piano need nurturing at the very beginning on the ‘why and how do people sing?’!
This was a great performance of these monumental works. Rachmaninoff's preludes ain't for the fainthearted or amateur: They were written by a top pianist for others of his ilk, but I have not previously heard any of the modern breed play them as whole opuses. I feel the present young South Korean piano lions could also do them justice if they wished. Thank you BC, with Lukas Geniusas you've done it so well again.!!!
